Does it cost planners anything to use the website?
There is no cost to planners. It is free to planners. Planners access our website at no cost or signup fee.
How do you send my RFP to the location?
Search our site for the best properties, destinations and services and then signup so you can create a ‘wish list’ and send RFP’s to everyone on your list. After the signup, we save that information to interact with the destinations. There is no cost to sign up.
Can I contact destinations before sending an RFP?
Our select suppliers, vendors and service providers are primed to respond to a virsitour lead as a priority. A virsitour lead is considered well vetted with a stronger likelihood of converting.
Can I request a site tour and information from destinations that are not listed yet listed on the website?
Yes. Just chat on the site or email us at email@example.com We will reach out to the specific venue or service for you.
Can I request a site tour from a destination that only has photos and not virtual tour?
Yes. Just click on the “request a site tour” button and request will be sent directly to the specific destination to have them upload their virtual tour.
After I send an RFP through virsitour, do I get notifications that it was sent?
Yes, we send you notifications by email and the status shows on your dashboard. That is the time you contact the destination account manager for further questions or one-on-one appointments.
Do you have a newsletter where I can learn about new events, properties that have come aboard and other interesting information?
Yes, At the bottom of each virsitour page. you can sign up for our newsletter. Also, once an account has been created, you are automatically enrolled in our newsletter. Our newsletters contain new properties that sign up for virsitour, promotions from our destinations, specials for virsitour planners and virtual and live events we are hosting.
